Mr. Holroyd joined EET in 2010 with responsibility for sales and marketing of EET's diesel emissions control products. He has over thirty years experience in product development, marketing and sales. The last 10 years has been in the field of diesel emissions control. He is developing potential customer contacts and working to have EET's non-thermal plasma device certified for several applications in industry. He will manage the technical aspects of promoting EET products through trade shows, publication releases, and presentations at technical conferences.
Holroyd's corporate background includes a role as V.P. of Engineering and then V.P. of Operations for Dynatech Cryomedical Company, a division of Dynatech Corporation. The division grew from a startup operation to a dominant position in the field of cryosurgery. Mr. Holroyd also was a founder of two technology based companies. SenDEC Corporation currently has sales of over $40 million a year and Sendex Security Systems was merged with Security Safe Co. in 1987. He was a founding member of the American College of Cryosurgery, and he holds five U.S. patents for high pressure valves used in cryogenic applications and blood centrifuge equipment.
Mr. Holroyd holds a degree in Marketing from Northeastern University and a BS degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College.
Mr. Holroyd's responsibilities in startup companies have included facilitating a two mergers, an acquisition, two private placement offerings, and securing venture capital funding. He has written numerous winning grant proposals for client companies. Mr. Holroyd serves on the Endowment Committee of his local church, and in the past he has held positions as president of the Perinton Chamber of Commerce and a two-year term as president of the Upstate New York Alarm Dealers Association.
